How we can help?

Your Path to Wellness

Understanding the Root Cause

  • Personalised plans crafted from your medical history and environmental factors.
  • Identifying and addressing the root cause of pain.
  • Influencing the nervous, circulatory, digestive, and lymphatic systems for comprehensive health improvement.
  • Total body approach using manual techniques for overall well-being.

Expertise and Training

Osteopaths undergo 4–5 years of rigorous training at recognised universities, specialising in anatomy, physiology, pathology and clinical neurology.

With over 1000 hours of supervised clinical practice, many specialise in areas like pediatrics, pre and post-natal care, sports, and elderly care.

Osteopathy focuses on the whole body to promote healing, improve the body’s mobility, circulation and well being. Using a combination of traditional and modern healthcare philosophies, osteopaths generally use non-invasive forms of therapy. It prioritises treating the individual rather than just the disease.

Osteopathy is a regulated profession in Cyprus.

It is against the law to call yourself an osteopath unless you are qualified and registered with the Cypriot Osteopathic Registration Council.

Osteopathic treatments include Manual Therapy, Therapeutic Needling Techniques, and Clinical Exercise programs. Applicable to various healthcare issues and all age groups, from babies to the elderly, osteopathy supports immediate care and long-term health solutions.
